well now something has kept me here too long.

timing is everything
and with you and i
we can't seem to get it right.

we weren't ready for each other
or that's what i tell myself to stay sane.

it's supposed to fade in time
but it hasn't yet.


which one of us is in control? at this point we are both weak.
we just don't give in.
